Delivery Options:
All orders are shipped via UPS. Most of our orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. Occasionally, some orders may take up to 5 – 10 days to ship. We must have a street address and cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We offer UPS ground, UPS next day air and UPS 2nd day air options. Please choose in your checkout which service you would like. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be shipped Next Day or 2nd Day Air only.

For orders going outside of the USA with the exception of Canada, the freight charges are as follows for International express shipping which should arrive 10-14 days after order placement.

International Orders:
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Blume does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country''s custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

Payment Options:
We currently accept VISA, Mastercard, or American Express credit cards. You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server which encrypts all submitted information via SSL. Unfortunately we do not accept personal checks.

Returns Policy and how to return:
We take great pride in our quality and workmanship. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we''ll assist you with a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, personalized or custom underwear can''t be returned unless Blume makes an error on your order. Additionally, Personalized custom orders cannot be cancelled after 3 hours after receipt. Refunds or exchanges will be granted for unworn and perfect condition items only. Freight charges for all returns are non refundable. All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Items received after 14 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

To return your order:
Enclose a copy of your packing slip with hand written instructions to refund your money or exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase.
